How to Turn Employees into Growth-Driving Leaders
It's getting ridiculous. Hang a picture 1k plus tip. I just fix myself or just leave shit. Handy men are more ripoff then contractors. All jagoffs
I’m a little confused is she doinbrg this with employees or is she doing it by herself and she only made 140k how is she paying people and making a profit
3 grand a room and he won’t even bother under coating the woodwork
Yeah and tell us how much all the machinery costs, all the issues. You don't MAKE 1.5 million washing driveways. You might turnover that amount ! Tell us how much company spent in fuel costs 2023
serious truth there
This is a man that’s way over his head in fixed cost
That's a horrible way to run a business, should be 3x, not 2x.
Tom mentions 2X as a minimum and a good starting point for pricing for folks that are having trouble getting started. But absolutely not the 'be-all and end-all' rule for pricing!
I was told 3x the materials and the +100 a day for labor. 1/3 up front. Covers the cost if the material so i can get started.
Sounds like a good formula, thanks for your comment! Of course, there are many variable across industries and jobs. Tom's point is that the 2x rule should be a minimum for contractors to ensure profit. Everyone can and should ultimately do what works for their business.
Ok boomer
Aaannnnddd this is why DIY happens.
Annnnnnddd that's why they charge 2x because you've fucked it up way worse then when it originally needed the work
O yeah we know you people are stealing the taxpayers money left and right.
I use to charge 1.5x, never felt like enough. 2x checks out as a good starting point.
Great tips and information

8 gal a minute!😮 I think I'll start out with four.
Putting tons of chemicals into the water supply which makes the water treatment use more chemical to treat it so you can drink it I’d rather be poor then keep destroying our planet
Come to California there is a vendor in every corner. Poncho will do it for less
It's not worth getting into this business.
Is that profit after expenses?
How come people just believe what someone makes? Without tax filings or a bank statement, you can't trust what someone makes, especially on a social media video.
Looks like a service that people buy once and then buy their own equipment to save money.
Really, Good podcast in my life 🧬 . Usually I belong to South East Asia
Thank you for listening (and watching)!
Ironic how the ECOKLEEN company uses more chemicals than the trash can cleaning company
Pressure washing big rigs is a big unknown market.
Please buy your own machine to clean your own driveway.
Where do I learn to price this shit?
3k a day 200k a year? how many working days in a year?
What chemical solution would you recommend buying? I have a 3200 psi washer but wanted to use it for aoft washing also
Check local, State, and Federal regulations regarding the management of processed wastewater runoff. Fines can get expensive and this regulation is the dark secret rarely discussed in videos like this.
I live in the country everyone has their own pressure washer. Cool story bro
Just got another job from this advice before I finished the video! Thanks!
So awesome to hear that you found this episode helpful, and good on you for taking action so quickly 🔥
10:39 WTF is he talking about? He was a maintenance guy FOR a tech company. He wasn't in the tech industry. He changed light bulbs for Yuppies.
Pressure washer makes $35 per hour MAX.. How you find 100 hours per day??
Some neighbors will over pay and these guys think they are geniuses
200k revenue not profit guys
I was just thinking of getting a pressure washer as a side hustle. Is this a sign?
We think so!
$3000/day * 5 days/week * 52 weeks/ year is $780,000 a year. What math did you use to get $3,000/day to $200,00/year? $200,000/5/52 is $769 per day. Are you just typing random numbers hoping to get views?
Hi there! The numbers in the thumbnail reference Steve Lawrence's business, Klein Pressure Washing. As he mentions in the video, he does it part-time, not five days a week. But yes, there's a lot of potential for growth!
He is over charging big time!
Haha 3k a day my ass. Maybe as the owner with the best power washing company in the state.Such lies I swear to god.
All I've seen is s***** a** work by inexperienced people. They provide great paper.A nice smile Nothing replaces the experience of a real tradesman who learned at an early age and is well seasoned
The most important lesson that comes with experience, don't take the easy path, failure is only 1 step closer to success...
There's no money in pressure washing I did it for 12 years and sold my equipment
I was thinking it looks kind of a scam business.
Best thing...cash business.
